USDA FOOD PROGRAM

Providing scheduled Breakfast, Lunch, & Snacks in our cafeteria throughout the day while clients are in our care. Alternative meals are available to befit dietary restrictions/meal preferences.

LEARNING LESSONS

Working hands-on with our clients to ensure that they know the basics of reading, writing, and arithmetic.

HEALTHCARE

Qualified staff is readily available to assist with general healthcare needs, medication administration, and daily assessments.

AGRICULTURE

Learning about plant life and healthy food options. Lowering stress levels and harvesting the fruits of hard work and collaboration while gardening and caring for animals.

EXERCISE

Guided strength training, yoga, and dance sessions to enhance daily mental health. Releasing tension, reducing anxiety, and improving day-to-day mobility.

MONEY MANAGEMENT

Guiding our clients with valuable skills on how to count, accumulate, spend, and save money. Learning to invest in self and collaborate with others through our on-site store curriculum.

Come along on our journey at Heavn On Earth Adult Day Center, where we're getting to know each other and our wonderful community. We're excited to share stories about our daily activities, giving you a warm welcome into our world.

PRE-ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Those who are considering our Adult Day Program will be required to come in for a pre-evaluation visit to ensure we are equipped to assist with all individual set goals and needs. Once an application has been reviewed and approved, our staff will reach out to schedule a visit to assess the client in person.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Adult Day Program attendees must be in good physical condition to participate. They must have a diagnosed mild or moderate mental health disability, be ambulatory, and be able to perform basic hygiene functions as well as basic activities of daily living. Upon enrollment clients must have a wellness check and tuberculosis test performed by a licensed physician. Once admitted, the individual may continue with Heavn On Earth Adult Day Center programs, so long as they are able to benefit from Heavn On Earths’ services and continue to fit the requirements.
